The Money Manager is a Bookkeeping and Bill Pay Service providing small businesses with monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation services. We also have Clean Up services available if your books are a bit messy -- don't worry we can straighten them out for you.
Our goal for our bookkeeping clients is to provide them with the timely and necessary information they need to run a more effcient business and to have the financial information they need to make decisions. Financial reports aren't only about how much money is in the bank. They also tell a business owner which of their products or services are most profitable, how long it takes on average to get paid by their clients and the average invoice amount. Information needed for decisions.
We do not provide tax return preparation but will work closely with your CPA or Tax Accountant that provides you with tax advice so that the books are set up the way they would like them. This will save you money on your tax preparation.

Monthly Bookkeeping Service
- QuickBooks Online and Chart of Accounts Management
- Categorize all transactions basedf on Chart of Accounts
- Reconcile all Bank Accounts
- Reconcile all Credit Card Accounts
- Recondile all Loan Accounts
- Produce Reports - Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet and email to Client for review
Accounts Payable Service
- Recording incoming bills
- Sending to the Client for Approval
- Processing payments once approved
- This is a weekly service
Accounts Receivable Service
- We set up a system with the Client on how to communicate what invoices need to be done and for how much
- We then produce the invoices and send them to the your clients
- When payments are received we apply them to the invoice
- We provide the business owner with an Aging Report each week
- This is a weekly service
Clean Up Services
- Clean Up Services to get your books all fixed and set up properly
- Clean Up Services also include clients who simply have not done their bookkeeping for several months and need to have this done in order to be able to file taxes
Household Bill Paying Services
- We set up a system with the client on how to communicate your bills - google docs for instance
- We review your bills and look for abnormalities
- We then email you with any questions on bils such as -- landscaper stated he fertilized. This makes you aware of why the bill is larger.
- A list of bills are produced and the client approves the ones they want paid
- We pay those bills
- We then provide a list of bills that have been paid and the paid dates
